Downtown San Leandro Farmers Market

Well Spring is about to spring, and the Downtown San Leandro Farmers Market is about to start their season. I'll be playing there on opening day, April 10, from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. This is a great street market with everything you would expect, and then some. The market is located on Parrott Street between Washington Ave. and E 14th Street. Hope to see you there.

St. Paddy's Day Show

Get yourself down to the San Gregorio General Store this Saturday, March 16th. We (AKB) will be playing our usual 3rd Saturday afternoon slot (2:00 - 5:00). I'll be dusting off some of the old Irish tunes so we can get an early start on the St. Paddy's Day festivities.

Back to Business

The holiday season, writing, and recording took my attention away from the website for a few months there. My friend, Jim Trickle, wrote a special song for his girlfriend, and he kept Marty (Atkinson) and I fairly busy in the studio recording it with/for him.

I've been working on several new songs my own self -- those of you who have been able to make to the AKB gigs have heard some of them; some are still works in progress.

I have a solo show coming up on February 22 at The Vine in San Leandro. That's the cool little wine & tapas bar that sits between The Englander, and Allphin Jewelers on Parrott St.

Atkinson Kincheloe & Beynon will again be at the San Gregorio General Store the 3rd Saturday of every month throughout 2013. I'm not sure, but this makes about 20 years now that I have been fortunate enough to have a regular, standing gig at The Store.

I'll keep you posted about other upcoming shows...hopefully that will include several at the Downtown San Leandro Farmer's Market again this year.
